Promoting home grown talent

Three years ago Hannah Lynch had just finished school and was looking to kick-start her career. She saw an opportunity at VINCI Construction UK and jumped at it. Since then she “hasn’t looked back”.

Little did she know that what started out as a job as a receptionist would see her through two promotions to become a regional 4Projects Controller today.
