VINCI Facilities has been shortlisted as a finalist for a BIFM Award for Innovation in Customer Service in partnership with Nationwide Building Society and Turner & Townsend.
The award recognises the achievements of FM providers in delivering a customer focused service which is aimed at addressing the needs of the internal customer.
Tony Raikes, Managing Director of VINCI Facilities commented, “Customer Service is about putting our customers at the centre of solution design. Our approach is to clearly define what customer satisfaction means to our client and to not only meet their needs, but to exceed them through innovation and collaboration.”
The award ceremony is organised by BIFM and takes place on Monday 12th October 2009. VINCI Facilities will be sponsoring the Award for Sustainability & Environmental Impact, which will be presented by Tony Raikes.
