The redevelopment of RAF Northolt is part of Project MoDEL, a £180 million construction programme which will consolidate and redevelop the Ministry of Defence's estate in Greater London.
The majority of the buildings forming Phases 2 and 3 of Project MoDEL have now been handed over ready for occupation in the New Year. These include facilities for the Queens Colour Squadron comprising office accommodation and a new parade square. Buckingham Palace and Royal Albert Hall floor markings have been replicated on the ground of the parade square which will host rehearsals for ceremonial events.
