VINCI Facilities successfully completes on the Rhondda Cynon Taff PFI deal

VINCI Facilities has successfully completed on the Rhondda Cynon Taff PFI deal for the delivery of FM services to the Garth Olwg School Campus. The £8.7M secondary school, teaches pupils aged 11-18 and is located in Church Village on the outskirts of Pontypridd in Rhondda Cynon Taff.

This contract is worth £20M will see VINCI Facilities deliver services over a 25 year life cycle. The services include both hard and soft FM services such as: Building Fabric, M&E, Grounds Maintenance, Energy, Catering, Cleaning, Pest, Waste and Third Party Events.

The contract increases VINCI Facilities presence in Wales, where they have recently secured a number of contracts.
