This is why VINCI Construction UK is supporting the UK Contractors Group’s (UKCG) recently launched Born To Build campaign.
Primarily a social media campaign targeted at young people between the ages of 14 and 19, Born To Build aims to challenge outdated perceptions of what is now a dynamic, exciting industry at the forefront of technological innovation.
Part of UKCG’s wider Open Doors Weekend initiative, it aims to provide an opportunity for young people to find out more about the range of career choices within construction and to hear directly from those already enjoying successful careers in the industry.
If we are to change the image of our sector and attract the diverse talent we need for the future, promoting it from the inside out is key.
