The VINCI Construction UK project team behind the new, multi-storey car park (MSCP) at Addenbrooke’s hospital in Cambridgeshire have received fantastic scores and feedback on the customer satisfaction survey.
The VINCI Construction UK project team responsible for the construction of Addenbrooke’s Hospital nine storey car park, have received high scores and high praise on the Customer Satisfaction Questionnaire, provided by client Capital Projects.
The extremely positive feedback highlighted the level of professionalism displayed at every stage of the build of the MSCP that has space for 1,228 vehicles.
Almost all of the recorded scores were between 9 and 10 out of a possible 10 in categories that included health and safety risk management, transparency in reporting, site tidiness and the provision of innovative solutions.
Norman Brasher, the Associate Director of Capital Projects completed the survey and substantiated the excellent scores with the comment:
