As part of our Fairness, Inclusion and Respect (FIR) agenda, VINCI Construction UK has agreed to raise the issue of mental wellbeing as part of our commitment to creating a workplace free from stigma and discrimination.
In recognition of that commitment, on 19th October 2017, the Divisional MDs signed the Time to Change Employer Pledge. Time to Change is Englandís biggest Initiative to raise awareness of mental health and challenge stigma and discrimination. It is run by charities Mind and Rethink Mental Illness and is funded by the Department of Health, Comic Relief and the Big Lottery Fund.†
To support our commitment to the Pledge, we have agreed an action plan of activity that will help to break the silence that surrounds mental health in the workplace. This includes identifying Wellbeing Champions who will assist in driving forward change internally.
