VINCI Construction UK’s new multi-storey car park project at the city’s Royal Victoria Infirmary welcomed first year civil engineering students from Newcastle University to help expand their learning.
The site team opened their doors to the students to show them around and answer any questions they had about the project, which lies only a stone’s throw from Newcastle University’s city centre campus.
VINCI Construction UK fully understands how important it is for engineering and construction students to balance their theorical studies with practical experience and site-based activities, so are always happy to arrange visits to support learning wherever possible.
Facilitator at Newcastle University said: “Thank you to the VINCI team for your efforts and for your patience answering all of their questions, they really enjoyed the session"
