VINCI UK Developments is inviting all Harlow Innovation Park local residents and staff who live, work and spend their time in and around the Park to participate in a new anonymous online research study to investigate how facilitated physical activity can improve the health and wellbeing of the community.
By taking part, they will have an opportunity to enhance their personal physical and mental health as well as help understand:
• How physical activity influences the physical and mental health of the community
• How physical activity influences the physical and mental health of employees in the workplace
• What exercise programs and support are best and most engaging for the Harlow community
• How the design of the Innovation Park influences the physical activity patterns of the local community
The study is now open and interested parties can register anonymously here. They will be asked to record their physical activity patterns over a 12-week period.
The findings of the research will help inform how VINCI UK Developments as the development delivery partner for the HIP scheme operate the Innovation Park in support of future employee and community exercise programmes and help improve how we design and build new community-focused developments.
